Thank God for weekends... {warning: Random Ramblings ahead}

What a week. I realized midway through why I look forward to Friday's so much. For the first time in a really long time, I'm on a weekday/weekend schedule. And I'm so thankful for those weekends.

You see, during the week, I'm responsible for two boys education. Something I take very seriously. Their future depends on that.
Things are going well - we're right on schedule, and they're both learning lots...


...but - I breathe a big sigh of relief on Friday afternoon when we stick a fork in another week of school.

That being said, I haven't done anything creative this week. My craft space is a mess - I'm sorting and trying to make sanity of it. :P I think I'm right at that point that with just a little more work, it'll be ready - and I'm soooo happy. Like so many of you, my creative hobbies help me hang on to myself - so that my entire existence isn't wrapped up in what others need.
Part of the reason I'm working so hard to re-organize myself is that it seems to stop up my creativity, and the other BIG reason - I've got some really exciting things in the works. And I want to do well with them... I'll keep you posted as things develop and I get time lines set up!

And I can't forget - today's World Cardmaking Day! Woot! That means, no matter what - I'll be setting aside some time today to at the very least, get a card or two together. Are you participating this year? Link me up, so I can see what you've made! I'll try to post something later today!
