Can I tell you this was SO yum?! It was my dinner last night when the guys were having burgers... It's grilled
aloha marinated tofu, topped with grilled pineapple. I ended up drizzling with some catalina dressing. It. Was. Yum. Even my hubby, the meateater thought these looked good. He definitely has no problem with my choices, but feels he's not ready to take the leap into something like this yet! lol
