Some have journaling on the back, others don't. They are all marked with a date. They're created on lightweight chipboard that was precut for me by a friend who's a graphic designer. So far, they're just been a place to put down a thought or two at the end of the day. Sometime soon, I'll be purchasing those page protectors that hold baseball cards to store them in.
