simple happy

Sunset from a few nights ago off of our balcony {thankful that I was able to focus past the screening. heehee}...

And I love having kids {most of the time!}. They're great at reminding you that it doesn't take a lot of money, or planning, or crazy theme parks or fancy gadgets to have a great time...

More simple happy. I set out to clean up my scrapbook space last night, and ended up just playing. It's good for me.

And the playing around led to this...

Actually, as I was sorting through the piles, I discovered these papers and embellishments from sassafras lass and couldn't resist playing.... And yes - I am drooling over their latest release, indie girl. YUM.

I also woke up this morning and realized that summer is really here. I've officially tossed the key on last year's schoolwork. {yes!!}BUT, that means it's time to get down to brass tacks on my summer goals. If I'm really gonna reach them, I have to start scheduling and planning - time for our kids and activities with them, time with hubby and family together - and set, tangible goals for each week that I can check off my list related to business. WooHoo!

And is it just me - or are apple products getting more reasonable?! I just peeked in at their website and checked out some of their laptops, and they are very comparable in price to pc laptops{I know that's not the right term - but what do you call a non-apple laptop? lol} I was pleasantly surprised... and we'll leave it at that...
