inspire me monday

Ok, um. so now that things are settling back into a routine of sorts as the summer comes to a close, I want to start putting these "inspire me monday" posts together again. I love inspiration. When peeps ask me where I get most of my ideas, I flounder a bit, and then mention that I don't really draw a lot of inspiration from scrapbooking. I take what inspires me in life, art, and media, it jumbles all together inside, and my work comes out as reflection of that...

That said, I keep two inspiration folders - one on my computer for stuff I find online, and one in the form of a journal, where I collect printed items and take notes. These "inspire me monday" posts are usually items that I have pulled from one of those two files.

This week, one of my favorite blogs posted work by Carl Kleiner. His paper work is gorgeous, bright, and inspiring... some of his other work as well! His photography is fabulous. {be warned, he is a modern artist, so some of his designs are a bit irreverent. ;)}

LOVE.

Though I love them all, this is my other favorite:

Have a fabulous, inspired Monday!
