Oh yum. You are making me so hungry for pumpkin pancakes. I LOVE those and made a bunch last year, too. Right now, though, we're deep in apples and I've made apple butter (so yummy, and a lower-sugar recipe than some I've seen) and now applesauce. You'll have to let me know how that pumpkin butter tastes if you make it :D

oh I love Pumpkin Spice Latte as well. My big treat to myself this time of year. Even my 6 year old is excited the are out again.
