it's beginning to look a lot like...

halloween!
D had to go dressed as a Bible character for awana on Monday, so mommy whipped out some spare felt and and sewing machine...

and he wanted to share some treats with his PE class friends today, so we spent the afternoon baking yesterday. They did really well! I rolled the dough, and they took turns cutting them out and lifting them on to the trays. I baked them, and then we iced them together.

Aren't the cookies by the little guy adorable? He totally had to help - love that!
