Yes! finally feeling creative!

I think it has something to do with the fact that my husband actually took a Saturday off. I'm almost ready to fall over. It's not that he loves to work for the sake of work, he just always feels so behind...

Anyway, I therefore have a day when I am not solely responsible for our boys. In fact, they're not even here right now. Talk about freedom.

Was stopping over at one of my fave blogs - ala Kristina. Particularly peeking through her ATCs. Yep. I'm feeling like I really need to get back to these. I've said it before. Now, I just need to do it.

Been thinking about this shop. I need more vintage in my life. I need to drop by to browse without the boys. Otherwise, it ends up stressful and not fun.

Are you tired of my italics, yet? LOL.

Hey, and I had a layout picked up by Scrapbook Trends Magazine for an idea book they'll have out this fall called, "Go Digital." Always fun and exciting when that happens. :)

The coolest part? My friend Phoebe had a couple of layouts picked up for it, too! I've been encouraging her to submit her stuff for a while. She's great. Congrats again, girl!! It totally rocks that we'll be in the same issue! :D

Oh - can't forget... in yesterday's comments, Haberdawoman asked if I knew anyone locally who gives sewing lessons! Maybe I should consider it?! LOL. Anyway, there is a local quilt shop, Once Upon a Quilt, that offers beginner quilting lessons... but not other everyday stuff. I actually have several friends that have asked me about teaching them to make the fun bags I like to put together... so maybe it's a thought for this fall? Hmm. Now you've got me thinking...

Hope you're having a fabulous Saturday!

If you decide to give some classes, you can count me in. I really want to lear how to make those beautiful bags.
