Last year about this time we were taking a little trip up to see my family in the midwest. One of the things we did while we were there was to celebrate what we ended up dubbing "thanksmas". {If you look close, you can see the pumpkins in the background!} We had a big Thanksgiving dinner, and then opened Christmas gifts, since we knew we wouldn't be seeing each other for the Christmas holiday. It was so much fun to have Christmas a bit early and actually be together when we opened gifts, since we usually send them through the post!
Our little guy was the cutest thing. He was going through this stage where he was trying so hard to be cool like his big bro, so he would pull this face whenever he got really excited. I would try sooo hard not to laugh, but usually didn't succeed!
