Thanks so much for all of the encouragement on the previous post! I'm trying not to feel overwhelmed with all that I have going on right now... trying to carefully weigh everything in a balance, and make decisions. :)

{sigh} we have yet another funeral to attend. That will make 4 for the year so far. Maybe that's way I suddenly feel tired? It's difficult to deal with loss - even when it's someone else's. After all, it still touches our lives. You grieve for the family, and the moments you know they'll never experience again...

March Madness... I mean, Kitness! :D

So, for various reasons, the March kit was unfortunately delayed a little for the month at the Paper Niche. But hey - March Madness rolls into April, right? I really enjoyed working with this one - it's got some of my all time fave manufacturers in there - who can say no to Sassafrass Lass, American Crafts, and Jenni Bowlin all in one kit?!

I'm so sorry - I promised these earlier this week... is it really Saturday already? {Pst - I was going to say Friday, then realized... it's past midnight...} :P




I just adore the Bam Pop stuff - and the way that trim worked into the layouts so beautifully...

Off to bed before a busy Saturday - soccer, class, haircut.. sometime in there I'd like to photograph a mini album I need to submit before midnight... anyone else need more time in the day? Geez. {Notice that I'm blogging at 1:45am?} Oh, and before I sign off - looking forward to a visit from my sis. :D got an impromptu call on Tuesday asking if xyz dates would work... miss having my fam close sometimes and love it when they can make it for a visit!

Wow! Time Flies!

It's been a busy week around here!! I've been juggling multiple projects, the homeschooling, laundry, keeping the family fed, and to top things off, poor D came down with the croupe. Yuck! Night up with that terrible barking cough... Last night was much better than the night before, though!

I'm finally able to start sharing some of the things I've been working on for a while! The lovely owner of The Paper Niche asked if I'd be interested in putting together a monthly kit for her, and it's been so much fun to work on! She's been so open to my vision for things, and I've had the opportunity to put together and order products that are hard to find... how awesome is that? The kits will range in price from $25-$30, and include unique, coordinated, {and hard to find/handmade}items... stay tuned - they'll go on sale on the 15th!

Today.

Day 5 with the iphone ~ I feel myself getting hopelessly attached. I have a feeling, talking to others, that I actually utilize more features than a lot of people. I'm not sure about that though... my poor abandoned planner. I've already transferred my calendar, and am keeping design notes, bookmarking sites, etc. on the go... I feel so much better being able to check my email at will.
